HYROX
The real deal. Come ready to run, row, ski, push, jump and lift. Suitable for everyone who wants to train with purpose.
Active intermediate Classes
Low intensity beginner style class, perfect for those who want to ease themselves into the gym experience. Various styles of training to prepare you for the gym.
Active Conditioning
A high paced energetic class with low skill level required. Ideal for beginners who want a simple but tough work out or intermediate to advanced trainers who require extra conditioning.
Active Lift & Move
A class to cover all bases. A combination of strength based training and conditioning. Perfect for all levels who want to get stronger and fitter.
Active Power&Skill
Designed to improve your power and strength in a wide range of lifts. Incorporating compound lifts and Olympic Lifting. Perfect for intermediate to advanced lifters.
Active Metcon
A combination of strength, skill and conditioning programmed to push you to your limits. Can be scaled for all gym members.
Personal training / Small Group
£40 for 1-4 people, slots tailored to suit your abilities. Get the attention required to push you to the next level!
Open Gym
Independent use of the Airfield Active facilities. Limited to 8 slots per session. Complete your own sessions using our top of the range equipment during off peak hours.
